Care Inspections UK will be hosting Regulatory Advice Clinics at Care Management Show. Senior regulatory specialists from the Care Inspections UK team will offer focused, one-to-one 20-minute clinics for delegates working in the care sector.
Each short clinic provides practical, experience-led guidance on CQC expectations, compliance challenges, inspection preparation, documentation, and regulatory strategy to help you make immediate, improvements to service quality and regulatory readiness. Clinics are designed to be concise and actionable, giving busy professionals targeted support from consultants with frontline regulatory experience.
How the clinics work
- Who can book: Clinics are available to registered Care Management Show delegates who can demonstrate that they own, manage or work for a care provider in the care sector.
- Format and length: Each clinic is a one-to-one session lasting 20 minutes.
- Topics covered: CQC preparedness, regulatory compliance, policy and procedure review, inspection responses, record-keeping, governance, and related regulatory matters.
- Booking: Slots must be booked in advance through the booking form link below.
- Availability: Clinics are subject to availability and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis unless otherwise specified by the Care Management Show organiser.
- Fees: Sessions are complimentary for qualifying participants.

Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility and Booking
- Eligibility: Clinics are available only to registered Care Management Show delegates aged 18 who own, manage or work for a care provider in the care sector.
- Booking: All clinics must be booked in advance and is subject to slot availability and receipt of required information on the booking form.
2. Session Availability and Management Discretion
- Subject to availability: Clinics are offered in 20-minute slots and are subject to availability.
- Management discretion: The organiser of the Care Management Show reserves the right to allocate, reassign, amend, or cancel clinic appointments at their sole discretion.
3. Consultant Participation and Changes
- Consultant availability: Consultants are scheduled to attend specific clinic sessions; consultant assignments may change and sessions may be cancelled if a consultant becomes unavailable.
- Notification: We will endeavour to notify delegates of any changes or cancellations as soon as practicable, but cannot guarantee notice.
4. Nature of Advice
- General guidance only: Advice provided during clinics is general regulatory guidance based on the consultant’s professional experience and is not a substitute for formal legal, regulatory, or professional advice.
- No guarantee: Attendance at a clinic does not guarantee a particular outcome with the CQC or other regulators.
5. Confidentiality and Use of Information
- Confidentiality: We will treat information shared in clinics as confidential to the extent permitted by law; however, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in an expo setting.
- Data handling: Personal data provided at booking or during clinics will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our privacy policy. By booking a clinic you consent to the use of your contact information for clinic administration, to be shared with Care Inspections UK and follow-up communications.
6. Conduct and Session Limits
- Professional conduct: Delegates and consultants must conduct themselves respectfully and professionally. Abusive, illegal, or disruptive behaviour may result in immediate termination of the session and refusal of future services.
- Time limits: Each clinic is strictly 20 minutes. Late arrival may reduce the available time and will not extend the scheduled end time.
7. Liability
- Limitation of liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Care Management Show, Nexus Media Group and Care Inspections UK accept no liability for any loss, damage or consequence arising from reliance on advice given during clinics. Delegates remain responsible for their own compliance decisions and actions.
8. Intellectual Property
- Materials: Any written materials provided during clinics remain the intellectual property of Care Inspections UK or Care Management Show unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Changes to Terms
- Amendments: We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published where booking is made and take effect immediately on publication.
