Care Management Show – Care Leaders Mentoring Scheme

At this November’s Care Management Show, we’re proud to launch an exclusive Care Leaders Mentoring Scheme designed to inspire, empower, and connect professionals across the care sector. Whether you're just starting out or looking to take your next big step, this is your opportunity to gain direct insight from the very best in the industry.

What to expect

Delegates will have the chance to book one-on-one, 20-minute mentoring sessions with some of the sector’s most influential leaders — including CEOs, Care Home Owners, and Senior Executives. These sessions are tailored to offer practical guidance, strategic advice, and personal reflections on topics such as:

  • Career development and progression
  • Business growth and innovation
  • Navigating operational challenges
