EXHIBITOR WARNING – FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY ALERT

It has come to our attention that some companies are contacting past and current Care Management Show exhibitors, requesting payments or information for misleading directory listings or event services.

These companies are not affiliated with the Care Management Show in any way. Unfortunately, this type of scam is common in the exhibition industry, especially when exhibitor lists are published online. We are actively investigating the organisations involved and doing everything we can to stop this activity.

For more guidance, we recommend referring to the advice provided by the Association of Event Organisers (AEO) on recognising and avoiding these types of scams. Expoguide

If you receive suspicious emails or letters, or have any concerns or additional information, please do not hesitate to contact us directly.

To protect yourself:

  • Always refer to our list of approved contractors in the Technical Manual when vetting potential suppliers.

  • When in doubt, contact us, we're here to help and talk things through.

Important reminder: The Care Management Show does not sell attendee data, except in cases of pre-agreed sponsorship arrangements. Any emails or calls claiming to offer ‘Care Management Show visitor data’ are fraudulent and should be ignored.

Thank you for staying vigilant.
