Sonia is CIPD accredited with a degree and master’s in human resource management. She has more than 20 years’ experience in HR and has been running HR consultancy Nectar HR since 2011. Sonia states that her passion is the health and social care sector and HR delivered with excellence – and her pet hate is ‘generic off the shelf’ HR solutions. Many of Nectar HR’s clients operate in the health and social care sector and the team are all CQC experts, regularly supporting clients in preparations and inspections. Sonia is also experienced in strategic and operational HR. From recruitment issues to best practice employment, complex disciplinaries or strategic people planning, Sonia is happy to discuss.
