Samir is an experienced healthcare professional with a diverse background in health and social care leadership, innovation and entrepreneurship. As a former chairman of Hampshire Care Association, Samir led and represented care providers working closely with local authorities, government officials and industry leaders to ensure healthcare policies and regulations were supportive of the needs of the care sector. As a Hampshire Care board member Samir play a role locally and nationally advocating for care providers while being able to continue to develop and support his other business interests. Samir is the founder of Instachem Pharmacy. He is committed to enhancing the lives of the vulnerable in society and improving the standards of care across the sector. As a leader, he empowers staff and promotes a culture of empathy, respect and professionalism.
