Rebecca joined Bluebird Care in autumn 2017. She supports the growth of the business whilst also supporting the operational side too. Rebecca enjoys meeting the customers whilst conducting reviews out in the community. She is also keen in finding ways to engage with the local community and has developed links which have been beneficial to both carers and customers.
Rebecca is passionate about promoting career pathways linked to Health and Social Care and can quite often be found giving talks to local school and college pupils about opportunities available to them.
Rebecca is the Registered Manager for both England and Wales, ensuring all regulations are met for the Care Quality Commission and Care Inspectorate Wales.
