Rebecca Mangan is a former senior carer with more than 20 years experience. She has worked in many care environments including day centres, community care, residential and nursing homes specialising in geriatric and dementia care .She aims to use her experience to teach carers and management how to improve communication between residents,  relatives and staff.

Care culture has naturally changed over time and care and care homes have taken on a very different identity. Join this session to understand how to build better communications between management and staff, and how to communicate more effectively clients and residents.
