Rebecca has been part of the Bluebird Care network since 2009 and during that time she has experienced several roles, starting out as a care assistant, before moving into the office role of care coordinator. She then progressed onto deputy manager, and later to business development manager, where she also managed recruitment and marketing. She now serves as the managing director.
