Rebecca began her career as a care professional in 2012 and completed various qualifications including the level 5 diploma in health and social care management which helped her to progress to become a registered care manager. After doing this for three years she become a general manager which she has been for five years. Rebecca currently oversees four Home Instead offices in the Cheshire and Merseyside area.
