Rebecca has more than 25 years’ experience in the care sector working with children and adults requiring support, specialising in complex mental health, learning disabilities, nursing and dementia. She has worked in various roles including nursing support, support worker and most recently, before leaving the sector, she was a registered manager of a service for individuals with complex mental health and learning disability support needs. She has worked for Connect2Care for six years in various roles. Now part of the training and delivery specialist team, she works on the development of curriculum resources and the delivery of interactive online workshops across all levels in care and clinical qualifications. Her qualifications include level 5 in health and social care management and certificate in education and training. She is a qualified first aider for mental health and currently completing her learning skills teacher standard.
