Rachael is the CEO and co-founder of Lifted Talent. Lifted Talent is a technology platform designed to make ethical international recruitment for the care sector ethical, simple and affordable. In just four months, the platform has attracted 14,000 carers and grown clients’ revenue by more than 50%. Inspired by her experience caring for her mother, Rachael co-founded Lifted Talent after successfully starting Lifted Care, a tech enabled home care provider. In just four years Lifted has grown to employ 100+ people, raised £9 million in investment and Government funding and be crowned the best home care provider in the country at the LaingBuisson Awards.
