Paul graduated with a degree in Management and Computer Science from the University of Cambridge. He is now the Founder and Managing Director of Rose Care Group, a 10 Care Home Residential Care Group and winner of the carehome.co.uk Top-20 Medium-Sized Care Home Group award, 2024. He recently launched Quik-AI, whose product, Carey, plugs into and revolutionises existing care plan management software by using AI to instantly handle audits and care planning tasks.
