I have worked in the Care Sector for 35 years, starting as a carer and working my way up to a Home Manager, Impact Manager and in-house Trainer. I moved over to the world of assessing in 2012, developing myself with qualifications and gaining my Education and Training degree. I started by supporting level 2 and level 3 learners and then moved to level 4 and level 5 learners in 2015, along with qualifying as an Integral Quality Assurer for Manchester General Cadets.

At Lifetime I am an Advanced Qualification Learning Coach, delivering Apprenticeships at level 4 and level 5. I love supporting learners to achieve personal and developmental goals, there is nothing better than seeing individuals progress and develop, not only with their qualifications, but with confidence and the use of technology and written skills, it makes me very proud
