Laura is a highly experienced regulatory and inquests lawyer who specialises in assisting providers of health and social care.

Laura is well versed in guiding providers through crisis situations and understands the various risks that require to be managed around communications, media interest and reputation management alongside the legal representation itself.  

Whilst much of her work involves advising providers in distress, for example regarding adverse Ofsted and CQC ratings or enforcement action, she is also very experienced in contested CQC registration matters, and has had a number of successful cases at the Care Standards Tribunal both in the First Tier and Upper Tribunal.
