Julie has 25 years’ care experience and 15 years’ franchise experience in home care, having previously worked as business development lead for national domiciliary care agency, Bluebird Care before joining Walfinch in 2022.  

With a passion for supporting home care teams, Julie learned disability care and residential, before moving into domiciliary care. Julie enjoys inspiring business owners, managers and coordinators to get the very best out of their teams, and in supporting growth. She has helped around 90 franchisees launch their business and subsequently grow. 

Julie understands the value of sharing best practice and in treating staff well in order to get the very best out everyone, to do things in the right way, recruit the right people, treat them well and not cut corners, so they will feel inspired.
