Hilary Woodhead is the CEO of the National Activity Providers Association (NAPA), the UK's activity association for care and support services and the professional body for Activity Providers. Hilary brings extensive experience in workforce development and service improvement across health, housing and social care sectors. With a passion for dementia care and a focus on creating meaningful interactions, Hilary leads NAPA in promoting wellbeing through person centred activity provision.
