Gary is our dedicated champion for quality and safety, with over 40 years of experience working with people who need support.

Gary has worked in Local Authorities and qualified as a social worker before managing large teams to support the most vulnerable. Gary has been the Director of Quality for the last 7 years with Salutem.

Gary keeps a focus on making a real difference in people’s lives, ensuring that Salutem is safe all the time whilst ensuring that the individuals we support are first and foremost at the centre of everything we do. Gary’s philosophy is simple: being part of people’s lives meaningfully is a privilege, and he strives to make every day an opportunity to improve someone’s life. Gary is often known to ask the questions no one wants to be asked and this helps us to challenge ourselves to be the best.
