Diane is focused on supporting the network of Home Instead franchises to deliver high-quality care and support services to its clients across the UK through the development of quality standards, policy and guidance. Diane has had a varied 30-year career in social care, both within the voluntary and private sector, beginning as a front line support worker and progressing through different roles to become a senior regional manager for a large social care charity before joining Home Instead. She is a qualified social worker registered with Social Care England and is currently chair of the board of trustees for a charity providing housing support to young people.
