Debbie has worked in the care sector for more than 25 years in various roles from care worker to home manager. She has extensive experience in care home marketing and communications, as well as proactive and reactive PR. She has also served on the older people’s co-production board of Hertfordshire County Council. Debbie is focused on ensuring older people living in care homes remain a vital and well-respected part of their local communities.
