Beverley has been the Registered Manager at Ebury Court Care Home since 2004. Previously, she worked as a Social Worker in Mental Health, Health Care, Child Protection and Adult Social Care. 

Beverley passionately advocates for older people’s rights to ensure intrinsic discrimination present within our society does not prevail at Ebury Court. She has a keen interest in cutting edge initiatives – she developed two unique care programmes, working with Professor Ladislav Volicer researching Namaste Care. Their article was published in the American Journal of Alzheimer’s. 

Another ground-breaking initiative was the introduction of Registered Nursing Associates within a residential setting. She supported a staff member to complete his RNA degree and he is now practising at Ebury Court, one of the first in a residential environment – a true integration of health and social care.
