Daniel set up Casson Consulting in 2019 to work with leaders in social care on innovation and digital transformation. The company works with care organisations, health and local authorities and care umbrella bodies to enhance people’s quality of life and productivity. Casson Consulting also works with tech companies to introduce new tech solutions into the care community in the UK. From 2007 to 2019, Daniel was head of business development at Jewish Care and before that worked in international development with a focus on the Middle East. He is a digital transformation advisor at Care England, part of the Digital Care Hub, and runs a programme as part of the My Home Life England training course for care managers entitled ‘Technology as your friend’.
