Travis entered recruitment like most people by accident but soon proved to have a natural talent for the recruitment industry. Having worked in IT, STEM, and automotive recruitment he eventually found his niche in Health and Social Care and eventually moving from agency recruitment to internal recruitment. This was driven by a desire to achieve more, from the outside looking in he could see numerous issues and also how an internal recruitment department can do more than just filling vacancies.

Having created a cohesive education and route to work programme at the NSSL Group Ltd, he has used the connections of a recruiter to help those in supported living to be able to obtain education that was once out of reach bringing the classroom into services. This would lead into the route to work programme which is enabling some of the most vulnerable in society obtain work in paid and volunteering positions.
