Tracey Bush is Chief Executive of One Fylde, a Lancashire-based charity supporting adults and young people with learning disabilities and autism. With over 30 years’ experience in the voluntary sector, Tracey is a values-driven leader known for her commitment to high-quality, person-centred support and strong governance. She brings a practical and collaborative approach to leadership, working closely with colleagues, partners and people supported to shape sustainable, high-performing services. Passionate about innovation in social care, Tracey is currently leading the development of an ambitious long-term strategy focused on quality and integrating enterprise opportunities to create inclusive communities including the unique use of AI in social care.
