Susan has worked in social care for the past eight and a half years mainly supporting care businesses with business growth and development, working with around 70 home care companies. She has held business development roles with Home Instead and Caremark and also ran her own consultancy business for four and a half years. Susan’s main areas of expertise are private client marketing, leadership training and change management projects. Susan previously worked in financial services for 18 years and supported more than 400 financial planning businesses through significant regulatory change, as well as working on transition projects within financial services in the UK, Ireland, South Africa and Hungary. She is an international public speaker on business transition and has extensive consulting and coaching experience in the care sector, franchising and financial services, She is a Strengthscope practitioner.
