Sarah-Jane Dale is a Director at Skills for Care and Chief Operating Officer at Affina Organisation Development (AOD), a prominent national specialist in team-based working and a part of the Skills for Care group. With a background deeply rooted in social care, workforce development, and continuous improvement, Sarah-Jane is an accomplished organisation development practitioner with a keen interest in behavioural psychology. She played a pivotal role in the design and implementation of the nationally acclaimed leadership program for the social care sector, 'Well-Led.'

Passionate about increasing awareness of inspirational research and global evidence surrounding team effectiveness, Sarah-Jane continually seeks innovative ways to engage and develop teams. Her work with AOD continues to shape practices in health and social care across the UK.
