Sara has an extensive background and experience in healthcare, with a long-standing commitment to working with older people in her profession of Registered Nurse. Her earlier roles in the NHS and Social Care have equipped her with valuable skills and insights into healthcare. 

Sara has been actively involved in the care home sector since 1991, working her way up from care assistant, through staff nurse, to Registered Manager.  She has worked in central clinical leadership team roles since 2005 and has been instrumental in deploying digital systems into care homes.
