Nick Banister-Dudley has worked for Hallmark Luxury Care Homes for eight years. For the past four years, he has held the role of Head of Compliance.

In this role, Nick oversees the organisation's feedback management process and inspects application of this during the internal Compliance Audit. Nick also provides training to teams on feedback management and investigations.
