With over a decade of experience as an HR generalist, she brings her expertise of CQC-regulated environments to provide pragmatic support and advice to care providers on HR issues. She is passionate about creating supportive and thriving work environments that empower care professionals to deliver exceptional care. As such, she supports operational and strategic initiatives, such as fostering positive cultures, attraction & retention, wellbeing & absence management, restructures, immigration compliance all aimed at helping organisations achieve their objectives while maintaining a focus on high-quality care.

Prior to joining Browne Jacobson, she was an HR business partner for a national private healthcare provider and was part of senior leadership teams for residential neurological rehabilitation centres as well as central support teams. Laura has also held several HR management positions, including with a domiciliary care provider for local authorities
