I grew up in a farming household where education was scarce. At the age of 10, I left home to pursue my education. Overcoming significant hardships, I funded my studies by translating, writing and publishing three books, one of which sold particularly well and allowed me to move to the UK in 1999. Starting from scratch, I worked as a support worker while studying and gradually advanced in the healthcare field, eventually earning a national award.

In 2018, I founded Care & Carers, a home care company that has received multiple awards for its growth and innovation. To address inefficiencies in the care sector, I developed Careberry, an all-in-one software that has transformed how care companies operate, currently being used by a growing number of companies across the UK. I thrive on challenges and continually seek innovative ways to improve care management.
