Hayley has more than 15 years’ experience in the digital and IT industry. She is a founder and digital care consultant focused on delivering solutions for the health and social care sector, with a background in professional services, partnerships, and profit and loss management, having led multiple teams and projects across the UK, Australia and India. At her own company, she leverages her experience and network to create positive impact and value for her clients and stakeholders. She was formerly managing director of tech health and care at Civica, responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy for a new software-as-a-service-based application. She also managed a large-scale technology transformation project for the NHS and is a PRINCE2 qualified practitioner.
