Gemma Lock is the Chief Executive Officer of Driving Miss Daisy UK, leading the organisation’s national growth, strategic development and expansion across the health, social care and community sectors.

With over 18 years’ experience in health and social care, Gemma has held senior leadership roles spanning home care, live-in care, commercial development and NHS and local authority partnerships. Prior to joining Driving Miss Daisy, she was Group Head of Commercial at Trinity Homecare, where she led strategic partnerships, business development and the development of integrated care solutions.

Gemma brings a strong understanding of the challenges facing health and social care services, alongside a commitment to developing practical, person-centred solutions that promote independence and improve access to community support.

Under her leadership, Driving Miss Daisy is strengthening its position as a distinctive companion-led service that complements traditional health and social care provision. Supporting older adults, disabled people, individuals with additional needs and those accessing NHS and community services, the organisation helps bridge the gap between transport, companionship and practical everyday support.

As CEO, Gemma is focused on expanding the UK franchise network, developing strategic partnerships and establishing Driving Miss Daisy as a valued partner in hospital discharge, Home First, preventative support and community-based services.
