Fidelia is an experienced lecturer and team leader with 35 years’ teaching experience and 20 years’ experience in the care sector, working with vulnerable adults such as the elderly; service users with dementia, learning difficulties, physical disabilities, autism, paranoid schizophrenia, and drug and alcohol dependency; and those receiving end-of-life care. She is able to train, supervise and instruct care assistants, support workers, team leaders and other supporting staff, as well as establish and maintain effective working relationships with service users, their families, and other external agencies.
