Dasos Kirtsides is a senior leader in healthcare finance, currently heading the Healthcare Team at Shawbrook Bank, which he established upon joining in 2018. With an impressive 29-year career in Corporate Banking, Dasos has dedicated over 20 years specifically to supporting and transforming the healthcare sector. Before Shawbrook, in 2007, Dasos was instrumental in setting up Santander’s healthcare business, successfully building and managing a lending portfolio of over £3bn, which set a new standard for sector-specific finance.  At Shawbrook, Dasos leads a dynamic and high-performing team focused on creating innovative financial solutions tailored to healthcare providers' unique needs. His strategic vision prioritises improving patient and resident outcomes through carefully structured flexible financing options. Over the past five years, Dasos and his team have completed over 150 transactions, providing more than £400m in essential funding to healthcare operators across the UK. This crucial support has benefited many healthcare businesses, NHS Trusts, home care providers, pharmacy, vets, diagnostic businesses, and residential care homes serving children, adults, and elderly individuals.
