Daisy May Coster-Hollis
Daisy May is a senior associate in Browne Jacobson’s criminal, compliance and regulatory team and a member of the firm’s health and life sciences group. Daisy May acts for both public and private sector clients but with a focus on the health and care sector.
Daisy May’s practice focuses on healthcare regulation, care quality, health and safety, and regulatory due diligence. She particularly advises clients on CQC registration and compliance, investigations into patient safety incidents and responding to urgent regulatory challenges and enforcement action.
Daisy May has advised many health and life sciences businesses as well as NHS Trusts. She works with her clients to help them obtain the best possible outcomes, often from difficult and urgent situations, whilst maintaining key relationships and minimising negative publicity. She has completed secondments with both an NHS Trust and a Clinical Commissioning Group to assist in responding to regulator enquiries and corporate governance issues respectively.
