Christine has a long-established track record as a senior manager across the NHS with over 20 years of management, workforce, and leadership development experience. She has considerable experience working at a senior level within complex and multi-professional health care environments. Christine’s leadership practice work spans both the NHS and social care which includes strategic leadership development, designing and facilitating Leadership Development programmes and various workforce development initiatives. She is supporting the implementation of the health and social care review: leadership for a collaborative and inclusive future across social care.
