Ben is a registered mental health nurse who has worked in his current role at the Chepstow home since 2016. The home was rated overall Outstanding by the Care Quality Commission in 2019 and last year Ben won ‘Care and support West care home manager of the year’ and ‘Care home of the year’ awards.
