Ashleigh is a Director at NatWest and Co‑Head of Corporate Healthcare, overseeing a portfolio of more than £700m across elderly care, private hospitals, mental health and fertility. She leads NatWest’s national private hospital relationships and shapes the wider London & South East healthcare strategy.

Her work focuses on complex debt structuring, strategic capital deployment and supporting clients to scale, transform and deliver high‑quality, sustainable care. Ashleigh is recognised for her sector expertise and was awarded the 2025 Powerlist “Debt Provider of the Year”.
