Who will you hear from?

Bhavna Keane-Rao has more than 30 years of regulatory experience in the health and social care sector. She is a senior manager with the Care Quality Commission, giving her a deep understanding of the current regulatory environment in the care sector. She founded BKR Care Consultancy to support clients in the health and social care sector in providing the highest-quality care, from children’s homes to adult care services.

Charlie Jones is BKRCC’s Care and Clinical Director. She is a qualified nurse with more than 24 years’ experience in both the acute setting and community, and over 10 years’ experience of care consultancy work. Charlie has worked in secure environments, the private sector and charitable sector care services, NHS services (both hospital and GP settings), pharmacies and across children’s services.
