Leadership training
In the Leadership and Operational Excellence theatres, you’ll find training sessions designed to help you boost your management skills and supercharge how you run your care business.
Learn from the experts and get practical tips for achieving and maintaining an outstanding CQC rating. We know that managing a care business requires a huge variety of skills, so you can attend sessions covering areas from international recruitment and digital transformation to delivery of complex care and dementia care.
You’ll also have the opportunity to hear from CQC themselves and find out how to evidence that you have met the requirements of the new single assessment framework.
CPD opportunities
We’ve got lots of informative CPD sessions in The Knowledge Hub that will help you with your career development. They’re all fully accredited by The CPD Group, and you will be able to collect your CPD certificate immediately at the event.
In this stream, you can get a crash-course in essential business skills for care managers, learn how to achieve your goals by leveraging technology, and discover digital systems for supporting staff retention. There’s also a masterclass for optimising occupancy, where you’ll gain the knowledge you need to make the most of your enquiry pipeline and keep empty beds to a minimum.
Guidance for care owners
If you’re a care business owner, our Caring Times Owners Club theatre (new at this edition of Care Management Show!) has an agenda designed exclusively for you.
Join this high-level stream for expert insights into building occupancy, growing your business without losing its ‘family-run’ feel, and managing media in the midst of a crisis. You can also hear about the latest market trends and financial support that is available to you as a care business owner.
Insights from CEOs
On the first day of Care Management Show, make sure you visit the Main Stage at 1:00pm to see TV’s Alex Jones (The One Show) interview Rebekah Cresswell, the CEO of Priory. Alex will be asking Rebekah about her career journey and what it takes to be an effective leader in the care sector.
Home care
The conference agenda has a whole stream dedicated to Home Care, with sessions covering everything from recruitment and staff development to technology, innovation and marketing. You can also hear from an Outstanding-rated home care provider to find out what they’re doing on a daily basis to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
Cutting-edge companies
Are you looking to expand your network of suppliers? We’ve got a wide range of companies exhibiting at Care Management Show London, including suppliers across technology, software, recruitment, training and more. This is a unique chance to check out lots of new products and solutions that could revolutionise your care business, all under one roof.
And you won’t just find suppliers in the exhibition space – you can also meet care providers and organisations including Care UK, Kingsley Healthcare Group, Care England and the National Care Association.
Networking
With thousands of care professionals in attendance, Care Management Show presents a great opportunity for you to catch up with colleagues and make new connections throughout the two days.
On the first day, we’re hosting a dedicated ‘Meet the CEO’ networking session after the Main Stage’s recruitment and retention panel, giving you a chance to meet the panellists and ask any burning questions you might have. The second day will conclude with Networking Drinks from 3:30pm, so you can mark the end of the event with a well-earned glass of bubbles!
