In the Free CPD 2 stream, sessions with Charlie Jones from BKR Care Consultancy will take you on 'the journey to Outstanding' and guide you through the CQC's new single assessment framework, with tips for meeting the key requirements.

We've also got a marketing masterclass to help you grow your occupancy, as well as a session on ways to build your connections and community influence.

In addition, Hallmark Luxury Care Homes will share best practice when it comes to dealing with complaints and Orchard Care Homes will lead a session on delivering high-quality dementia care.
